Revamping my Website! Yikes!

Okay, another one of those instances where I clearly bit off more than I could chew.  I seem to be one of those who is constantly doing that - I guess because I know in the end, it does work out well.   The last time I bit off more than I could chew, I wiped my desktop hard drive clean and started over from scratch - reinstalling every program, even changing to Windows 7 from Vista (hallelujah)!  The whole endeavor was a joy to behold!  The end result is a dream, though, so I'm glad I undertook the project.  On my behalf, I have to admit that I was thrown in to that project.   It seems when I downloaded some Windows updates and my computer froze during download, my idea to shut the computer down at the conduit was not the best idea.  It completely crashed ... the black screen of death reared it's ugly head!

Now, on to my latest instance of biting off more than I could chew ... the website revamp.   It started due to the aforementioned computer crash and is still a work in progress.   I plan to redo the photo gallery with thumbnails which is going to take the better part of a lifetime.  I plan to add a button for giveaways and for memberships.   I have big plans  :o)   In the meantime, I have allowed what I have finished to go "live" and would love to hear comments or suggestions.   Here's a link if you have a moment to peek in ... Little Booh Bear made of 100+ year old mohair!

This latest little Booh Bear has been a long time coming!  I purchased this mohair from Norbeary Fabrics in 2011 and finally finished "Etta" today!  I had so much fun making her and stuffing her the old fashioned way with excelsior (thanks to my friend, Joanne Livingston, for giving me some of her fine excelsior)!  Etta is on eBay through Friday.  If you have a moment to peek in on her auction, I would be most grateful!  Here is her link on eBay.  Etta's eBay Auction   If you have a moment to leave a comment, I would love to hear what you think of her!  The first picture has been faded, the second picture has been antiqued and the third picture is her actual coloring - she is rusty brownish orange.   Have a blessed week!  Lots of hugs,   Janice
